Some of the most simplistic forms of addressing the ills that plagues us as a people are applied without much thought. Still, queens are a premium pair, and you really want to be raising with them, especially to drive out those someone holding a king. Your preflop raise might not drive out A-J, but it should certainly send K-J to the muck.

Mike Doe was born in Holdridge, Nebraska and shortly after that his family moved to Englewood, Colorado. In 1961, at the age of 17, he enlisted in the Navy and after an honorable discharge in 1969 Mike moved back to Colorado and married his high school sweetheart, Glenna.

Just out of the Navy he served an apprenticeship at Gates Rubber Company as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic.
