by Joseph Smith Sr.

Brandon Shack-HarrisWorld Series of Poker Event #3, $1,000 buy-in Pot-Limit Omaha, crowned Brandon Shack-Harris after he defeated a record sized field.  A record setting field of 1,128 entrants made this the largest event field that wasn't No Limit Hold'em in World Series of Poker history  Offering a massive prize pool of $1,015,200 for a $1,000 buy-in event and with $205,634 going to the winner, winner Shack-Harris will be smiling all the way to the bank.  The event paid the top 117 finishers.
