In order to support the massive relief and recovery effort in Joplin, MO, Downstream Casino Resort has added a special event to the Four States Poker Championship schedule. A charity poker event to benefit the various assistance and relief organizations will be held on Friday, May 27, 2011 at 7:00 P.M. Half of the prize pool will be donated to tornado relief and the other half will be awarded to the tournament winners. Additionally, a tornado relief add-on of $5 for 500 tournament chips will now be available to all players for every tournament on the Four States Poker Championship schedule.
