Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tampa, Florida just announced the opening of its new 10,000 square-foot poker room. The new room features a high limit area, a service bar, a spacious multi-station cashier stand, three brush stands and its own restrooms.
"The new Poker Room allows us to continue to offer the best high stakes live action poker and tournaments on the West Coast of Florida,” said Russ Christianson, casino vice president for the Tampa Hard Rock.
The new room will debut with a series of special poker events running December 21-24. Events include winning free prizes such as t-shirts and card spinners to $500 hi-hands.
Players can sign up to play with local radio personality, Cowhead, from 102.5 The Bone, starting at 3 p.m. in the Hard Rock Cafe during the Cowhead Christmas Party on December 23. The tournament will kick off at 9 p.m. in the new room with buy-ins starting at $535.
