COACHELLA, CA (March 1 2013) Spotlight 29 Casino is hosting the Seventh Annual Coachella Valley Poker Championship (CVPC) March 8th - 10th.
The Buy-in is $380 ($330+$40+$10) with a guaranteed prize pool of $50,000. The top 20 finishers in the Texas Hold ‘em Deep Stack Tournament, will win cash prizes!
There are Single Table Sit-and-Go Satellite Tournaments being offered with winners earning a seat in the CVPC. Buy-in for the Sit-and-Go Tournaments are $40 and they will be held March 1st – 9th. There are also two Mega-Satellite tournaments being held on March 1st at 7pm and again on March 8th at 11am with a buy-in of $65. One CVPC seat will be awarded for every seven players in the Mega-Satellite tournament.
All of the tournaments are played in the casino’s poker room which features a smoke-free environment for players as well as an in-room lounge with drinks, snacks and additional seating.
The CVPC starts on Friday, March 8th at 6pm and will continue on Saturday, March 9th at 2pm. The top 10 winners from the first two days will earn a seat on Sunday, March 10th at noon, for the finals.
