In the last issue in PPN I started sharing how I notice and let go of the cause of all of the devastating diseases I have ever suffered from. That cause was "STRESSFUL FEELINGS." We all wish to feel better. To feel better we need to diminish our stressful feelings. If I am right, stressful feelings are caused by poisonous memories, ideas, thoughts and beliefs (PMITB). I have shared many times that these have been implanted in us (mind control), or we have created them in response to neglect or abuse.
If this is so, as we identify and let go of them we feel better. How simple can it get? Who doesn't want to feel better? My number one priority each and every day has become to identify and let go of the (PMITB) poisonous memories, ideas, thoughts and beliefs that cause my stressful feelings. Take a few minuets to see if this makes sense to you. It is very subtle, very simple, and yet the most important understanding I have ever made. I'll say it again. Our thoughts cause our feelings. I have been actively embracing any stressful feeling so that I can identify the (PMITB), that caused it. Once I identify the (PMITB), I let go of it. My Ten Commitments are my power source to do this.
I am sharing with you in my book and articles how I do this.
It is only our dedication in holding onto (PMITB) that maintains them. It is important to understand that we are holding onto them and our salvation is to let go of them. Not to take drugs, hide them under the rug, fight them off or to deal with them in any other way, just let go of them. To do this I have taken over control of my mind by implanting my God given forces in my Ten Commitments into it. When I let go of those (PMITB), the stressful feelings are diminished and eventually go away forever. Many times I notice some relief right away, but the cumulative effect of this daily activity over a period of many years is what to expect and look forward to. My ten commitments act as an antidote to the mind control that I have been subject to during my entire lifetime.
We all have been told about these forces time and time again. They are not new. They are a collection of the most constructive human forces that have ever been identified. Our intentions, intelligence, patience, not being attached to outcome, humor, asking, prayer, forgiveness, gratitude, kindness, passion love and ability to focus are all examples of our humanly endowed forces at our disposal. If you can add others let me know. The bigger our arsenal is the more powerful we are.
I am exercising them in a cohesive way that I have evolved that helps to free myself from the prison my (PMITB), had kept me locked up in.
To do this I have memorized my Ten Commitments and repeated them methodically as a mantra until they have become a constant force in my mind. After a period of time, the full meanings of each commitment have become fully registered in my conscious and unconscious mind. They are my care-keepers helping me identify and let go of every (PMITB), that ever has the courage to appear in my mind. I call (PMITB), "Thought Terrorists" because they do the same thing that "Political Terrorists" do. "Political Terrorists" capture, torture, bind, blindfold and then kill us by cutting our throats.
(PMITB), cause stressful feelings that imprisons and limits us. These feelings also cause every mental and physical disease that we are ever subject to. Stressful feelings probably even alter our DNA. Mental and physical disease also tortures and then kills us. How I use my Ten Commitments to do this continues.
My second commitment is to "Focus on my inner self, look after it and care for it". This simply is a constant reminder to be kind to myself. In my third commitment I look for any (PMITB) that does not serve me, or that may demean me. When I identify it I make the effort to let go of it. My fourth commitment helps me do that hard work." I ask for and pray for my intentions to help me notice and let go of any (PMITB) I am holding". The essence of my fourth commitment is my intentions powered by love, asking and prayer. Human intentions may be an essential force in all of creation. When you realize the harm terrorist thoughts cause you there is no shame in reverting to asking and prayer to help you notice and let go of them. I even get down on my knees at times. These are the most destructive forces ever created. We all have been holding onto them, spreading, supporting, feeding, hosting, defending and obeying them. We have been killing ourselves and killing each other because of them.
My third commitment is to" Notice any memory, thought, idea or belief I am holding that inflicts stress". This is called INTELLIGENCE. We are all facing a war most of us have not even noticed yet.
It is a war for our happiness and survival against forces that are inflicted in us or that we have created in response to neglect or abuse. These forces are our own thoughts and many ideas we believe.
The US of A is militarily the most powerful country on earth but without the INTELLEGENCE of how and where to exercise it's military power and without the courage to use it, it is powerless. Our very nation is at risk from external and internal terrorism because all of us experience various degrees of it. We need to achieve a more peaceful state and take back control of our minds. I am doing what I can to address stress in myself, and sharing those efforts with you in my articles. I feel a lot better than I did just a few years ago so maybe you will find them helpful.
It would be tragic to be reaching my 70th birthday and not have a clue of what to do to help me feel better. Drugs are not my answer.
