Pokerstars fail to secure New Jersey Gaming License

Three sources confirm that Pokerstars has failed to secure a gaming permit in time for the opening of New Jersey online gambling.

The three sources are insiders with direct information from Pokerstars and The New Jersey regulator.

According to the sources, the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement is growing worried due to the charges against PokerStars founder Isai Scheinberg.

Scheinberg still have not faced the charges after his indictment on the 15th of April, 2011
