Living up to the high expectations hasn’t been easy, yet Revel appears to have surpassed all expectations. The $2.4 billion resort, an ultra-contemporary curved glass and steel oceanfront complex, unlike anything else seen on the Atlantic City Boardwalk, sets a new standard for the city.

The smoke-free resort begins welcoming guests April 2 for an eight-week preview. Revel’s official debut is May 25 – Memorial Day weekend. A progressive schedule of select restaurant openings, gaming, performance spaces, spa, daylife, and nightlife amenities, will complement the preview.

Revel, which spans 6.3 million square feet and stands 47 stories tall, provides a comprehensive resort experience featuring many levels:

Revelry: 61 feet above sea level showcases restaurants, shops, nightclubs, dayclubs, an intimate performance space for 700 and a casino.

The Mezz: 87 feet above sea level, includes a theater with a capacity for 5,500, and 160,000 square feet of meeting space. Resort: Starting at 114 feet above sea level, encompasses more than 1,800 guest rooms and suites.

The Lobby: 114 feet above sea level, is nearly two acres of outdoor space anchored by SkyGarden and InOut Pool, a pool that begins indoors and continues outside.

Their 37-table poker room is just one flight above Revelry—the resort’s gaming, nightlife, and dining floor, and will feature cash games along with daily and other tournaments, and a variety of daily promotions and bad-beat jackpots. The poker room is under the direction of Frank Foti.

Foti, and shift manager Charlie Rando, returned to Atlantic City by way of Delaware. Foti and Rando, coupled with this beautiful resort, will make for an exciting, brand new, up-scale poker room experience.
